If I am a passenger in a car am I required by law to give a breathalyzer if I am asked to, even if there is no physical evidence of alcohol in the car? Also is it the same if you are a minor?

If you are a passenger in a car you are criminally responsibel for driving under the influence. However, if you are a minor and the police find open alcohol, or a minor in possession of alcohol, there may be other ramifications. Greetings; The rules are quite different for drivers and passengers. As a passenger, you are NOT required to answer any questions or take any tests.
