I am a Canadian who has a DUI charge in Michigan. This happened over 13 years ago. I never went back to the US in fear of being jailed. Would there still be a warrant for my arrest and would it show up in a different state if I flew there.
Thanks

There is likely still a warrant for your arrest here in Michigan, and yes, it could show up if you fly into a different state. Your best bet is to take care of the case here, before going anywhere else in the US.
