Being charged with DWI and child endangerment
I was also charged with child endangerment because I was over the legal limit of sobriety. This is the first time I have ever been arrested or charged with dwi and endangerment. do I need to get a lawyer?

You are charged with two serious crimes. In addition to the endangerment charge being a serious crime, Children's Protective Services could file a case against you. Of course you need an attorney that is VERY experienced in handling these cases.
