Can I go to Circuit court to clean up my driving record, for a new job??

I'm not sure what you mean by cleaning up your driving record, but I'm guessing you lost your license based on two or more alcohol convictions. This requires complete sobriety and a trip to DAAD, which is the state office that handles license appeals.
