I was orderd by the judge to see a probation officer before sentencing for drunk driving I did not what could happen?

They will adjourn your sentencing until you see the probation officer, or they could possible revoke the probation terms they were going to give you, since you have already demonstrated that you aren't going to comply. I suggest you contact the probation officer immediately.

Most likely, when you appear for your sentence, the judge will add $100 to your costs and order you to schedule another meeting with probation. The court cannot sentence you until probation issues a written pre-sentence report after you are tested and interviewed.
