My daughter's boyfriend, said he got a restricted license (driver) for 6 months because his apartment that he shared with a room mate was busted for in possession of controlled substance (pot). Why would they restrict a driver license if they were in an apartment? I believe he was under 21 at the time and up at Central Michigan Univ. He recently got a job as a porter for a collision shop and they found out that he had this and might fire him, (he said) because he did not disclose that, yet he is supposedly off restricted license yet still on probation until April or May...all this for finding pot in an apartment? I think he is stretching the truth?
