driver license revocation
My drivers license was revoced in 1993 in Michigan. I moved to New Mexico in 1995 and was able to get a license there. I just got back from 1 year in Iraq, while I was gone my drivers license expired, when I went to renew it in New Mexico, they told me that they couldn't because michigan had put a hold on my license. I talked to the DMV in Michigan and they told me that my license was revoced in 1993 and that I had to go through a hearing or a review before I was able to get my license back. My question is can they legaly do this to me even though I have had a license for 12 years in New Mexico?
