Legal Question in DUI Law in Michigan

driving under the influence of persciption drugs

For a proper defense porposes ,how do I figure out what perscription drugs are ilegal and wich ones are legal . mine was zanex wich is non-narcotic .

All prescriptions are illegal if the prescription is not yours. Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of any drug, legal or illegal, is unlawful if that drug impairs your ability to drive.
