what are the consequences or charges in court for a second dui being that I'm still on probation. Also my driver license situation, and will this be costly.

Jail is a possibility, but can avoided with good counsel and a voluntary inpatient stint prior to court. You might luck out and just get house arrest with a SCRAM tether since the jail's at capacity.
Your license will be revoked for a year and you may never get it back until you can convince the DLAD that you have been abstinent from alcohol for at least a year - and then you'll have an interlock device on your car for another year .
After a year's revocation, you'll pay Michigan $2125 to get a license if you're sober and the interlock company about $600.
As far as the court's concerned, your in Oakland County with a state case and they'll be no plea bargain. So, you'll get the full load of fines and costs (about $2500) along with court ordered rehab (cost varies) and mandatory testing once the tether comes off.
Or, if you do get jail time - maybe 45 days at a cost to you of $65/day-, you may get work release.
A really good attorney might soften the blow a little, but pleading poverty is not the way to retain competent counsel.
At least get a court appointed lawyer and start AA attendance.
