dui while not moving
i was parked in a no parking zone. went into a store when i came out got into my car stared the engine didnt even get it into drive. before the police were all over me. you see we were in a place where there was know to be crack dealers and prostituts in the area and they had thought i was there buying other wise i don,t think they would have bothered me do i have any defense against that. or no

The fact that the car wasn't in gear isn't a defense, however, the basis for the 'stop' is questionable. You should hire an attorney.
