My last DUI was in Oct.1992.My license is still suspended.Can the state of Michigan hold me to the new laws of today,or should i be held to the laws of Oct. 1992? I have appeald [1] time before and was denied.After [18] plus years without any further driving offenses I believe I have proven my sobriety.
