A friend has two prior drinking and driving offenses. I believe they were both in 1986. She got a third charge this past weekend. Will the earlier charges still be counted, or is there a statute of limitations on how long they can be counted for? All charges are in the state of Michigan.

Yes. All 3 are counted and she will be charged with a felony.
