A friend is going to restore his driver's license after his second D.U.I in the year 2000. He thinks the court will follow the law from that year and not what it is now. Opinion please?

I disagree. The law changed in 1999. Any cases based on revocations from there back would use the old law, but 2000 is the same as now. www.kliszlaw.com Tim Klisz
