Liability
Can my company be held liable if we were to have a company party offsite and there was a cash bar in the same room and the company did not pay or purchase any of the alcohol that people consumed. Would it make a difference if there was a bar in another room and people went in that room to purchase drinks and then came back into the room where the company party is?
