Michigan Minor in Possession Laws
What is the best method of clearing a
Minor in Possession (MIP) from a record?
If this was a first offense, what are the
chances of this creating a serious issue?
What are the expected costs? And what is
the best way to handle this situation?

Re: Michigan Minor in Possession Laws
If this is a 1st offense, it would qualify for diversion. This should not be a serious issue provided it is a first offense. I could probably resolve this matter for less than 1,500 for approximately three appearances. I do, however, need more information on this matter before I can give you an exact cost.
Sincerely,
