Michigan MIP Question
My son was a passenger in a car that was pulled over. There were 3 empty beer cans in the trunk (which he claims he didn't know was there).
None of them were drinking, and no sobriety tests were given, but all 4 in the car were issues MIP's.
Is there a way to contest this? Another complication is that he is leaving for the state of Washington for his summer internship shortly (next week).
