Michigan Statute of Limitations
What is the Statute of Limitations on DUI in the state of Michigan, considering that there were no mitigating factors, just strait up OUI.

Re: Michigan Statute of Limitations
If you're thinking about a time lapse after the arrest, there is no statute of limitations. The 77 day rule is effectively inoperative.
I'd need more facts for a clearer response... when, where, why, etc.
By the way there is no crime of "OUI". It's either OUIL or OWI.
