I recieved a minor in possesion of alcohol by consumption last night in Oshtemo township in Kalamazoo county. What are the consequences?

$100 fine for a first offense. Also, MIP is a non-jailable offense. If you take a plea, try to get it under advisement so that it won't go on your record. Good luck. Nancy L. Moore
