If I have a misdemeanor for furnishing alcohol to minors can I go to jail for a minor in possession?

Sale to minor is a jailable offense. I don't understand what you are being charged with here? FYI-- you cannot be sentenced to jail on a mip. In some courts, however, namely the 48th and 52-2, you can go to jail if after you are sentenced and then violate your probation-- only then can one be sent to jail.
