Third Offense DUI Felony
I have nothing pending - but was reading through the Q&A - I am surprised to learn that an offense (or offenses) more than 8 years old are still valid... I thought that at some point, those old records dropped off. I do have a 12 year old conviction - I was erroneously under the assumption that that had been dropped... Can you please clarify?

alcohol convictions never "go away" nor can they be expunged. 3 offenses make a felony charge. Www.kliszlaw.com. Tim Klisz
