First Offense Minor in Possession
I was drinking in my dorm room with my friends, when a Department of Public Safety Officer knocked on our door, told us she could smell alcohol in the room, and then called the police. We emptied all the alcohol in the presence of an officer, and he proceeded to give us all MIPs. When he asked if I had been drinking, I admitted to it, but did not take a breathalyser. Is it possible for this to not go on my record?
