Open Intox penalties ?
Myself and a passenger both recieved a open intox for a bottle of liquor that was in the back seat of the car, which no one was drinking. When going to court what should are plea be, and how can we go about getting the lowest penalties?

You should plead not guilty and then get a lawyer to see if the case can be beaten.
