Open intox ticket written improperly

I recieved a open intox ticket, as well as my passenger, for a bottle of alcohol that was half gone from a few weeks ago, but not this night. The ticket I recieved didn't have a time on it, only that it happened in the p.m. Also the ticket said that I have a operators licence, when in fact I have a chaffeurs licence. Can the ticket being written improperly get me off without to much of a fight?
