this is my first offense i am 18 and going into the ng what are my chances to only getting community service

I am not certain what NG is but you can be certain you will NOT get just community service. This is probably a good time to hire an attorney who can negotiate the best deal that will have the least impact on your future and advise you about what you can do before you go to court to minimize your penalties.
