Legal Question in DUI Law in Michigan

OWI and (OWUIL, or something like that)

last year i had my license suspended for 3 months, and then restricted for 6 months immediatley following. This was because i had 11 point on my license due to speeding and 2 stop sign violations. I recentley was involved in a drunk driving accident. I dont remember what happend, all i know is i was driving on my way home on a dark back road and the next thing i know my truck was flipping. I came to stop and my truck was totalled. I called my brother who called the towtruck and they called the police. The police man came and arrested me (which i knew would happen)...They didnt offer me any medical attenion, they just put my in the back seat of the cop car, i blew a .22 but the officer liked me and knew my family so he wrote me down for a .16. The officer asked my brother if he wanted to say that he was driving so i would just get an MIP and i wouldnt have to go to jail. We chose to be honest about the situation. I spent the whole next day in the drunk tank (12 hours!) Im really nervous and i dont know whats going to happen. the officer told me the most i would get was a year restriced license. i hope he was right cause im working 2 jobs and i need to drive. HELP PLEASE!
