I was recently pulled over for having my high beams on. I know they were not. I then turned the car off and dropped the keys on the floorboard. I was then asked to do sobriety test which I did but when asked to do breathalyzer I refused. I was then arrested for owi. The police officer then asked everyone to get out of the car. They searched the car. After searching the car one of the officers then started the car and after starting the car asked one of the passengers to see that the bright lights were on. However where I was pulled over and where I supposebly had my brights on was too far away to have been pulled over for this offense, also the officer wrote down that my vehicle was green when it is clearly blue. They drew blood at the hospital 3 hours after I was pulled over and I am sure that my bac will be below the limit however it is possible they will find thc in my system. I am looking at a felony owi charge and I would appreciate any help on ways to fight this matter. Thank you

You'll be properly charged when your blood comes back from the state police lab. Current wait time is 3-6 months. If you're looking at a felony, you've been convicted for drunk/drugged driving at least twice and are looking at prison time.
You are attempting to establish a defense based upon your belief that the officer did not have probable cause to make the stop. This almost never works. Also, it doesn't really matter that your car is actually blue.
If your blood shows even the slightest amount of THC or its alkaloid,you can be charged with OUID.
If you continue to fabricate your own defense to this incident, you will likely be incarcerated and will have your operator's license revoked.
You need a lawyer who can fashion the most effective defense for your situation and, charitably speaking, that isn't you.
