Legal Question in DUI Law in Michigan

is a OWUI considered a misdomeanor? If not, is it ok to tell employer i have never been convicted of a feloney or misdomeanor?

Yes. However, lying on your job application is not against the law. Your criminal record, however, is easily discovered via the web.
