You cannot remove a drunk driving conviction, but you can appeal to have a license restored. Visit www.kliszlaw.com to discuss. Tim Klisz

YOU CAN NOT EXPUNGE DRUNK DRIVING CONVICTIONS. IF YOU QUALIFY AND MEET THE REQUIREMENTS, YOU MAY BE ABLE TO GET YOUR LICENSE BACK-- YOU ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO DO THIS THROUGH THE ASISTANCE OF AN ATTORNEY. THERE ARE MANY FORMALITIES INVOLVED IN A LICENSE RESTORATION HEARING. BEST OF LUCK. ATTORNEYS OF MICHIGAN, PLLC.
