Portable breath test
After field sobriety test have been either passed or failed and the cop asks if you will submit to a PBT, will denying the PBT be an admission of guilt. Basically i have a friend that thinks that you body is a container and a warrent is needed. They are under the misunderstanding that you can deny a portable breath test and that in doing so it would be considered an admission of guilt. I would really appreciate a response to clear up this small arguement.
Thank you

No, refusal to take the PBT is not an admission of guilt.
