previous multiple owi charges

If after a blood test my blood alcohol level comes back below .08 but they find thc in my blood can I still be charged and the reason for pulling me over was I didnt turn my bright lights off, but I never had my bright lights on, however after the officer pulled everyone out of the car he asked one of the passengers to see that the brights were on but he could have turned them on afterwards, what are if any things I can do to fight this.

If your blood comes back with ANY THC you can be charged with OUID which is Zero tolerance for marijuana.

Stop toking now so that you can drop clean when you get to court. Have someone else drive you to court just in case because you could be charged again if you test positive.
