Legal Question in DUI Law in Michigan

Im on probation, and my fiances in the army.

I am on probation for MIP charges, this is my first offense, and I'm not sure how the system works necsesarily. I want to know if I could still get married to my fiance, even while I am on Probation. I was told that I couldnt by my mother, yet I was told that i could by others. I would really like to know because I have to be married to my fiance, Scott, in order to move in with him when he transfers. I am on probation for 6 months, and he gets transfered before my probation ends, like a month before. I might be going to his graduation, so thats when I would like to get married, he already has it set up, but we wanted to make sure that we could get married, he doesnt want me to get into anymore trouble. So please help me... Thank you!

If you've reached your 18th birthday, go ahead and get married if you want - just don't drink any alcohol.

Notify probation of the upcoming transfer now.
