You risk going to jail for contempt of court for any violation of your probation. Everything depends on the judge that you have and what actions you take between now and your probation violation hearing. http://www.wolverinelaw.com
If you violated your probation by getting caught drinking and driving again, then you should not wear lace-up shoes or a belt to your hearing. Notify the post office that you won't be home for a while.
