I got pulled over in my vechicle because the DMV issued the incorrect tag for that lisence plate. I had been drinking earlier that evening and ended up with a "OUIL ALCOHOL" the officer did a breath test and my result was 0.12%. Do I have any legal rights to fight the ticket for being pulled over?
