i have received a a misdemeanor dui along with a traffic violation w/ an accident as well as no insurance. at the arraignment i pleaded not guilty (hoping for a plea) also, i have already received a private alcohol assessment recommending group therapy 3 times a week. first, should i give this to the judge and second what might the outcome be?
