Recourse for poor PO conduct?
I have recently run into some serious problems with a probation officer. These problems include her lying to the court in order to cover for her mistakes, and subsequently, having pricey legal fees and an extended probation. Is there any recourse I can take? Can I speak to a judge about the problems? I have done everything she has told me to do but am consistently thwarted.
Can a lawyer reverse a judges decision?
