Legal Question in DUI Law in Michigan

Reinstatement of Drivers License

DUI's in 1984, 1986, and (2) 1990, Revoked license till 2035 in 1990. Suspended ops (4) last one in 1998. All happened in Michigan. Is there a chance of getting an Ohio Drivers License (reinstated)? If so, how do I go about it?

Re: Reinstatement of Drivers License

Since I beleive that Michigan is an interstate compact state which recognizes the suspensions of other states and visa versa, you will probably not be able to get an Ohio license. However, you have nothing to lose, by going to the BMV and asking what it would take to have a valid license.
