Reinstatement of a drivers license
My friends mother wants her to submit a letter to a judge stating her brother is alcohol-free(he needs 6 letters)so that he can get his drivers license back. So the question is, if she and her husband write this letter and he injures or kills someone(while intoxicated and drunk driving) are they in any way held liable? Thank you very much for your time!
