I currently have a restricted drivers license in Michigan. I am also a registered medical marihuana patient. In order to get my full license reinstated i need to have a substance abuse evaluation and a drug test. Can they deny me my license, for a dirty drug test even if i am a legal registered patient?

Yes. Driving continues to be a privilege - not a right. Michigan has zero tolerance for drivers with THC in their system. You can either drive or toke, but you can't do both.
