You need to be proactive and get a lawyer involved now. Your lawyer can obtain the police reports and all other necessary videos and documentation and start preparing your case. It may take awhile since I imagine you have been convicted before and the police have to go to the Oakland county prosecutor to get a warrant- sometimes a month will pass. They'll mail it to you. Based on your narrative, you're going to be charged with "Super Drunk" driving with maybe a 2nd or 3d offense included.

Before you go searching for a lawyer, start going to AA meetings (do a 90 in 90) and record your attendance.Stay out of Michigan for the time being. After you get the warrant, read it carefully. Your strong attendance at AA should get you a lower bond. Call the court and find out the amount before you appear (Have someone else drive you - like your mother) so you can have the money ready - then go see a lawyer.
