Legal Question in DUI Law in Michigan

First time offense, DUI

Is there a way not to have this show up on my license if I have to have a clear licence for my job?

Can I be found guilty if I was being followed for a while and pulled in my driveway and got out on my own and they pulled up behind me and then arrested me? Where was probable cause?

Particulars: 27 years old, no prior anything besides traffic tickets, blew a .24, 2 years of college, employed

It doesn't make sense to ask an attorney for an opinion based on giving a few facts on the internet. That's similar to asking a doctor to diagnose a problem by posting a few symptoms on the internet. It just can be done with any degree of accuracy. If your record is important to you, you need to have a very experienced and aggressive attorney fighting for you. I recommend that you call us at 1 8667665245.

The only way you can not have it appear on your license is to try the case and have it dismissed. Why did the officers say they pull you over? That will determine whether they had reason to arrest you.
