Legal Question in DUI Law in Michigan

A vehicle was parked at my house and keys left in the mailbox. During the night someone took the vehicle and got it stuck in a front lawn down the street. I've now been mailed a misdemeanor ticket for OWI and failure to report even tho I wasn't driving and there's no witness or chemical test
