Yesterday morning I went in for my pbt @ 8am and blew a .01 and 15 minutes later I blew a .007. I'm on probation for an OUI and have to test once a week. I know it's a probation violation. I'm not sure how I should go about it. Do I contact my probation officer first before she gets the information? Do I have to explain the story as to why I tested positive? Should I hire an attorney immediately?

You should certainly hire an attorney first before contacting probation. You can they form your own strategy to best handle things.
Before you contact the probation officer contact an attorney first. I am available to advise you. I would need to hear your reason for the positive test.
Your PO will find out soon enough. Retain an experienced Michigan OWI attorney that handles probation violations. Do not admit anything until you speak to your lawyer. He may be able to keep your probation in tact and out of jail.
"Do I have to explain the story as to why I tested positive?"
If your explanation has anything to do with mouthwash, cough medicine, a wedding, religious events, or filled chocolates, you'd be better off saving your breath at your VOP hearing. I wouldn't advise calling your PO - she may not violate you.
Instead, pay all your fines and costs and do all your community service before the hearing. And, do a little extra - like giving blood or doing volunteer work, i.e. give the judge a good reason to give you a break.
