Legal Question in Elder Law in Michigan

family health care ?

we have heard that if my mother in laws ends up in a nursing home against her will she and the family can lose all her belongings like her home and vehicles! i'm wanting to find out if it's true and what can be done to prevent it. she has made it clear she wants her house to stay in the family and would like to prevent the family from losing it and have tried to find out through the state laws but can't find it!

Not true, there are many ways to provide the greatest quality of care to your mother that she richly deserves at the least cost to her and her family. It is never too late even if one is in a nursing home. We understand the world is clueless and believes it is hopeless. We can protect most is not all of her assets.
