financial
how does a person get an elder advisor when the kids are pressuring her to put everything in their names as loans and such. It's an effort for them to do any thing for her including seeing she has meals when she came home from hiospital or helpng with washing clothes or taking out her trash which is to heavy for this disabled person.

Re: financial
It appears that what you seem to be asking for is a guardian or conservator to protect your interests. A guardian would protect you/assist you personally, while a conservator would protect your finances. However in order for a guardian or conservator to be necessary the person, or ward, must be incapacitated, and unable to make appropriate decisions.
If you are able to care for yourself financially and personally other tools may be available for protection you are seeking such as some financial management tools or a trust. However, nothing can require family members to care for you or visit and assist with dishes, laundry or trash removal.
