Grandmothers Belongings
Do I have any right to my 95 yr old grandmothers belongings if she is in a assisted living home, her oldest daughter is the power of Attorny her only other daughter (My mother)is dead which makes me the other benificiary. Do I have any say in what happens to her things? Also If she tells me I can have some things can I take them?

The answer to your question depends upon the type of power of attorney and whether your grandmother is legally incapacitated. If your grandmother is of sound mind, she still has the ability to transfer her belongings. The mere fact that your grandmother is in an assisted living home does not give you the right to her belongings.
