6 month waiting period in divorce

How exactly do I go about asking the judge to waive the 6 month waiting period? My husband and I have been seperated for 1 & 1/2 years and now I am pregnant by my boyfriend. Is this cause for waiving the waiting period if I do not want my husband's name on the birth certificate?
