Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

I'm 14, and my parent's abused me a few days ago (that's already taken care of). My legal guardians are my aunt and uncle. My dad and step-mom are in the picture as well. Can I leave custody of my legal guardians, avoid having my dad and step-mom take custody of me, and get adopted by a friend's family?

If yes, how so? Are there any steps in that that I would have to take? How would I manage to do that?

If no, why not? How could I manage to change that?

P.S.: I know for emancipation, "you must have legal guardian's consent." Also, The friend's family is fighting FOR/WITH me.

I wish I had better advice for you but you cannot be adopted by a friends family without your biological parents consent. You should seek help from cps or your school, but your current plan really has no chance of working, on my opinion. www.kliszlaw.com. Tim Klisz
