Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

My 13 year old son's father whom I never married is getting out of prison this year for third degree CSC, will I still have full custody, or do I have to share??

You did not tell me whether you had a previous custody order. Assuming that you did not, to solve the problem you need to file a motion to award you sole custody and to have only supervised visitation with the father.
