Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

I am a 34 year old woman with a 8 year child living with me. I have been ordered to pay child support for my 11 year old who lives with his father somewhere in flint, mi. I pay 400 monthly taken out of my pay. What can I do to get the support lowered when the father (plantiff) will not show up for court cause he has warrents for his arrest for child support and domestic assult?
