i am 16 years old and i live in michigan. My dad has sole custody of me, but i want to live with my mom. what shoul i do?

Ask your mother to file a petition to change custody. Remember, she has to have real, real good reasons to change custody and she has to be the better custodial parent. Your desires about who you want to live with do not control what a judge does. William S. Stern
